A soft cheese with a white blooming surface. This also has a bronze medal from the Cheese Festival. Älvsala Vit is cheesed like a brie. The lactic acid bacteria are allowed to work here for a long time at the beginning of the cheese making. This gives the cheese a deep flavor. The cheese is very easy when young, after another month or so it is strong and can bite. Here there are musty notes, mushrooms and roasted nuts. Comes in sizes of 220g and 450g. The cheese is made from whole milk and has a fat content of about 26%.
